In addition, an example of how to deal with an error message is shown. This session is useful for Technical IT personnel responsible for software installation and configuration, or users with a reasonable level of IT knowledge who want to configure COSD Companion themselves or report an issues.
5Using HelpThis session shows a brief overview of how to use the help documentation that is supplied with COSD Companion. It covers using context-sensitive help and a quick look at the reference information available for datasets. This session is useful for consultants and users who will be using COSD Companion on a day-to-day basis.

Training Session 1: Creating the Database
